Christina Turrens
Assistant Director
Christina joined our Magic Memories team in July 2022. Christina attended the University of South Alabama, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Christina has been an educator for 19 years and is excited about this new journey with Magic Memories. In her spare time, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children, 3 bonus children, and 3 dogs. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and going to the beach.

Victoria Grunmeier
Director
Victoria joined our Magic Memories team in August 2022! Victoria attended Gwynedd Mercy University, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. Victoria taught Pre-K 3 for 5 years before joining our Magic Memories team and is very passionate about the importance of early learning. In her spare time, Victoria loves spending time with her husband, and dog, Darius (aka Bear). He’s a 1.5-year-old Rottweiler and Australian Cattle dog mix. They love going on family walks and adventures! She also loves to organize, bake, and spend time with family on the weekends!

Keyara Copeland

Hello, my name is Keyara Copeland, and the new AD for MMC; I joined Magic Memories in January 2023. I graduated from Syracuse University with my BA in behavioral human aspects and a minor in Special Education. I started out babysitting throughout my neighborhood, then landed my first daycare job after graduating college. My favorite part about being in ECE would be seeing the milestones and progress your students make. In my spare time, I love to shop, go on adventures, and go to events.

Cheyenne Bohn
Director
Cheyenne started working at Magic Memories in April of 2022; she started as a part-time floater while working at a school district as a long-term substitute. During the Summer of 2022, Cheyenne then became full-time and worked her way to becoming the Assistant Director. She has worked in child care for over 5 years and has tons of experience with all different age groups. Cheyenne graduated from Kutztown University with her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She also got her Masters’s Degree in Special Education with a focus on Autism from West Chester. In her free time, Cheyenne loves to spend time playing/watching sports and spending time with her family. Cheyenne has a daughter, Clementine, who attends the center and loves it! Cheyenne and her family welcomed a baby boy in October, who will also be joining the Magic Memories family!
Lindsay Bauman
Assistant Director
Another friendly face you will see at our Green Lane center is Miss Lindsay, our Assistant Director. Lindsay has over 15 years of experience working with children in many different settings. Although she has a business degree, she has an undeniable love for children and is looking forward to continuing her education in the field. Lindsay has two daughters, Avery and Austyn, who attend the center and love it! In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and going boating.

Martina Wylie
Director
Ms. Martina joined our Magic Memories family in November 2021! Martina has her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has been working in childcare for 16 years. Her favorite part of working in childcare is having the opportunity to watch and be a part of the staff and children’s personal and professional growth.
Iyisha Weaver
Director - Kid’s Zone
Iyisha joined our Magic Memories family in January 2022! Iyisha has over 6 years of experience working in Early Childhood Education. She has also worked as an Early Education Specialist within family homeless shelter systems. Iyisha has her bachelor’s degree in child and family development and her Master’s degree in education. In her free time, Iyisha loves to relax and have some downtime.

Joanna Thompson
Director
Joanna joined our Magic Memories family in July 2021 as Assistant Director and became our Director in July 2022. Joanna has been in childcare since she was 16 years old. Her favorite part about it is watching the children grow, making a difference in their lives, and making connections with their teachers. Joanna is currently going to school at Eastern University for school counseling. In her free time, Joanna enjoys reading and going to the movies. Caroline Moman

Hello everyone, I am Caroline Moman, Magic Memories – Norristown, Assistant Director. I started at Magic Memories in July 2022 and have felt like family since day one! I love our staff, children, and the families that we serve. I hold an associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College. Following that, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Management from Slippery Rock University of PA, located in Western PA. I look forward to continuing my education and expanding my decade of experience in the education field. At home, I live with my long-time partner and our 2-year-old son – who attends Magic Memories Norristown. I enjoy watching him play, learn, and grow! My interests have always been centered around the arts. I love painting and making crafts in my spare time. I enjoy watching family-animated movies and documentaries about humans and space. When going out, I enjoy spending time with my family at the park and visiting extended family. I am super excited to grow here at Magic Memories Norristown, and I invite you to come along for the journey!

Meagan Foster
Director
My name is Meagan Foster, and I have been with Magic Memories for 5 years now, but have been in this field for over 16 years. I started working with children when I graduated High School as an infant teacher and knew that this was what I wanted to do with my life. I graduated from Ellis College of NYIT with a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. I currently live in Phoenixville with my 2 dogs, my husband, and my children, Addison and Blake, who also attend Magic Memories! Some of my favorite things are Star Wars, Disney, and BMX. In my spare time, you can find me at the local BMX track where my son races or take a bike ride with my family. I am so excited to be a part of the Magic Memories family! Ashley Hennessey

My name is Ashley Hennessey, and I joined the Magic Memories family in 2021. I graduated from Neumann University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a concentration in Special Education. When I started working in my first childcare center, I knew that ECE was the career path for me. I am originally from Cape May, NJ, and found my way to Montgomery County in 2020. Some of my favorite things are going to the beach, cows, and reading. In my spare time, when it is nice out, you can find me at the beach with my sister by my side and a good book in my hand. Lindsay Flynn
Director
My name is Lindsay Flynn. I am new to Magic Memories, but I have been in the teaching field for the past three years. Since I was in the first grade, I knew I wanted to work with children and be a teacher! I went to Kutztown University to get my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, Pre-K-4. I am originally from Quakertown, PA, but my husband and I bought our first house in November 2022 in Birdsboro, PA. We adopted our kitten, Franklin, as soon as we moved in. In my spare time, I love to read, travel, cook, and spend time with my family and friends. I am so excited about the journey that I take at Magic Memories! Cayle Mack

Hi, my name is Cayle Mack, and I have been with Magic Memories for almost 2 years now! I started my time here as a preschool teacher in our Giraffe’s room, and was offered the Assistant Director position. I am very excited to learn and grow even more and become even more involved here with Magic Memories. I am currently finishing working on my CDA as well as attending Montgomery County Community College online for my associate’s in Criminal Justice. I have worked with children all my life, and it is something I absolutely love, especially my preschool friends in giraffes! During my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and just taking some time to relax. I am beyond excited for my new journey here as an Assistant Director, and always feel free to reach out!!
Meet The Royersford Leadership
Karly Steinberg
Director
Karly has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Exercise Physiology and a minor in Education from Ursinus College. She has worked with children since she was in high school and always knew this was what she wanted to do! She has been with Magic Memories since 2018 when she started as the lead Pre-K teacher in the Chameleon classroom. In her free time, Karly loves spending time with her husband and her two Yorkies. Karly loves watching, teaching, and playing sports, and her favorite team is the 76ers. Karly is excited to be bringing her son with her to Magic Memories in the fall!
MaryKate Sapata
Assistant Director
Hey there! My name is MaryKate, and I am the Assistant Director at Magic Memories Royersford! I earned my BA in Spanish Education and MS in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini University. I’ve worked with students of all ages, from infants to college age, and I love getting to see them grow! Magic Memories is such a nurturing environment, and I love seeing the children here learn and flourish. Outside of being an Assistant Director, I love doing embroidery, jamming to Taylor Swift, and drinking my morning coffee. I also enjoy spending time with my fiancé, daughter, Margot, and my dog, Dizzy.
