Meet Our Owner & President

Neydary Zambrano

Owner and President

Neydary Zambrano is the Owner and President of Magic Memories Early Learning Schools.

Magic Memories was originally founded in 1989 in Phoenixville, PA by Lee Kreider, with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a warm, loving, home-like environment where children feel safe, valued, and truly cared for. That vision deeply resonated with Neydary, and in 2006, she became the proud owner of Magic Memories after falling in love with the school and its mission.

Neydary’s journey into early childhood education began first and foremost as a mother. While searching for care for her own child, who had serious food allergies, she experienced firsthand how essential trust, safety, and clear communication are when choosing a childcare program. That experience helped shape her heart and purpose and continues to guide the philosophy and decisions at Magic Memories today.

With a background in Law and Social Work, Neydary has dedicated her career to supporting children, mothers, and working families. These experiences have allowed her to thoughtfully grow Magic Memories while staying true to what matters most: creating nurturing, safe, and loving environments where children can thrive and families feel supported and confident.

Although Magic Memories has grown over the years, its core values have remained unchanged. Neydary stays closely involved in each of the centers and works alongside leadership teams and staff because strong relationships matter—especially when it comes to caring for children. The belief that the best childcare feels like an extension of family is at the heart of everything Magic Memories does.

Outside of work, Neydary enjoys spending time with her husband, Ildemaro, and their two children, Alex and Gabe, both proud Magic Memories alumni. As a family, they enjoy sharing meals, watching movies together, and exploring new places.

Choosing childcare is one of the most important decisions a family makes, and Magic Memories is honored by the trust parents place in them. The team looks forward to welcoming families into the Magic Memories community and partnering with them during the precious early years of their child’s life.

Regional Director

Meagan Foster

Regional Director

Meagan Foster has been with Magic Memories for 6 years, but has been in the ECE field for over 19 years. She started out at Magic Memories as a Pre-K teacher and has held multiple positions before her current role as Regional Director.

Meagan graduated from Ellis College of NYIT with a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. She currently lives in Phoenixville her husband and her children Addison and Blake, who also attend Magic Memories!

Apart from loving her 3 dogs, some of Meagan’s favorite things are Star Wars, Disney, and BMX. In her spare time you can find her at the local BMX track where her son races or taking a bike ride with the family. Meagan says that she is, “So excited to be a part of the Magic Memories family! Please never hesitate to come to me with any questions you may have.”

Meet The Chester Springs Leadership

Amber McCormick

Director

Amber joined Magic Memories in May 2023! She has over 8 years of early childhood education experience as a teacher, assistant director, and a director. Amber also earned both her CDA and PA Directors Credentials. The bulk of her post high school education came from Kutztown University where she majored in speech communications. When Amber is not at work, she can be found hiking, doing crafts, reading, or just spending time with friends and family. Amber loves being outside and using her creative side. She lives with her husband and 7-year-old Norwegian forest cat named Mildred. Amber looks forward to getting to know all of you and being a part of your child’s educational journey so please don’t hesitate to stop by the office and say hi!!

Meredith Pegler

Assistant Director

Meredith has been with Magic Memories for 5 years. She started as a Lead Teacher before her current role as Assistant Director. She has worked with Younger Toddlers, Older Toddlers, and Preschoolers. Meredith is working on completing her CDA. In her free time, she loves to read (thrillers, mystery, and romance are her favorites). Meredith also spends a lot of time at home cuddled up with her basset hound, Larry.

Meet The Collegeville Leadership

Laura Laum

Director

Laura joined our Magic Memories Team in the Fall of 2025! She received her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Valley Forge in 2005 and her Director’s Credential from Chestnut Hill College in 2013. She has been a director since 2009 but has been in the field of Early Childhood Education exclusively for over 24 years. Laura’s experience has been at both privately owned companies and corporate based companies. In 2023 she was a finalist for 2023 Director of the Year! Laura has 4 children of her own, one who attends Magic Memories! As a mom, Laura prefers a family-like environment where her children can become part of a community that provides safety, growth and encouragement. Building a community in her center is a passion of Laura’s and she can’t wait to connect with each one of you!

Naia Kasee

Site Supervisor

Naia is a 2024 Shippensburg graduate and joined Magic Memories in 2025. She is a sister of three brothers. During her free time, Naia loves to enjoy the outdoors, cook and read. Seeing her younger brothers grow up made er fall in love with working with children. Naia has very outgoing personality and loves creating an enjoyable space for your child. She can’t wait to get to know you all!

Meet The Jeffersonville Leadership

Ashley Edmunds

Director

Ashley has been in the Early Childhood Education field for over 20 years. She started as a Lead Teacher and taught various age groups. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree and Director’s Credential, Ashley started to work in leadership as a Director. She has a son and daughter who she absolutely adores. As a family, they love to vacation at the beach, shopping, dining at restaurants and going to concerts.

Katina Rollins

Assistant Director

Katina brings 6 years of experience in education along with an educational background in Early Childhood Education and Human Development. What she values most about working with children is being a pillar in their lives and having the opportunity to make a lasting, positive impression that they can carry with them long after their early learning years. Outside of work, Katina enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, creating content and trying new restaurants.

Meet The Norristown Leadership

Ashlyn Phifer

Director

Ashlyn joined Magic Memories in Spring 2024 where she started as a Floating Assistant Director. She then grew to Assistant Director before her current role as Director. Ashlyn is eager to get to know each of you better, support our dedicated teachers and families in providing meaningful educational experiences for our students.She believes that together we can create an environment that fosters growth and creativity. Ashlyn graduated from Kutztown University, where she dual majored in Special Education and Early Childhood Education. Following graduation, she taught as an Elementary Autistic Support Teacher. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boxer-mix; Luna, diving into a good book, visiting lakes, and going indoor skydiving. Ashlyn looks forward to getting to know all our families, expanding her team, and supporting the wonderful initiatives at Magic Memories Norristown.

Imara Nurriddin

Assistant Director

Imara has worked in a childcare/school setting since she was 16. She is from Valdosta, Ga born and raised, moved to Austin Texas for College. Imara has her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. Children have always been a passion of hers. Imara can’t wait to watch your little one grow and become apart of each one of your families!

Meet The Phoenixville Leadership

Ashley Hennessey

Director

Ashley joined the Magic Memories Family in 2021. She graduated from Neumann University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a concentration in Special Education. When Ashley started working in her first childcare center, she knew that ECE was the career path for her. Ashley is originally from Cape May, NJ and found her way to Montgomery County in 2020. Some of her favorite things are going to the beach, cows, and reading. In Ashley’s spare time when it is nice out, you can find her at the beach with her sister by her side and a good book in her hand. She loves being a part of the Magic Memories family and is confident that you will too! Any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us!

Lauren Wisely

Assistant Director

Lauren has been with Magic Memories for 6 years and in the Early Childhood Education field for over 17 years. She loves being a part of children’s lives as they learn and grow. In her free time, Lauren loves to travel and spend time with her family.

Iyisha Weaver

Director

Iyisha joined our Magic Memories family in January 2022! Iyisha has over 6 years of experience working in Early Childhood Education. She has also worked as an Early Education Specialist within family homeless shelter systems. Iyisha has her Bachelors Degree in Child and Family Development and her Masters Degree in Education. Durign her free time, Iyisha loves to relax and have down time.

Wakila Richardson

Assistant Director

Wakila has been with Magic Memories since 2021. She was a teacher before her current role as Assistant Director. She graduated from Sun Valley High School in Aston, Pennsylvania and is currently enrolled in school to obtain her Associates Degree. During her free time, Wakila enjoys watching TV and relaxing at home. Wakila is so excited to watch our students grow into amazing humans!

Meet The Royersford Leadership

Kari Robinson

Director

Kari started with Magic Memories in 2022 as a summer camp counselor. Previously, she worked as a Paraprofessional at a local school district during the school year, while working as an afternoon assistant at Magic Memories. She graduated from Gwynedd Mercy University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education Prek-4 / Special Education Prek-8. Kari became the Assistant Director in January of 2025 and Director in March 2026. During her free time, she likes to be outdoors with her Fiance and son, who also attends Magic Memories!

Megan

Assistant Director

Megan joined Magic Memories in March 2024 but have been in the education field for over ten years. She has a BS in Education from Cabrini University as well as dual teaching certifications in Early Education Pre-k through 4th grade and Special Education Pre-k through 12th grade. During Megan’s free time, you can find her with her husband and children, Zach and Allie, who both attend Magic Memories!
