Green Lane (Formerly Creative Care)
director: Ashley Young
Ashley Young is the director at Magic Memories Green Lane. She has worked in childcare for 18 years. She earned her Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College. She then transferred to Kendall College and received her Bachelor’s Degree. In 2014 she earned her Director credentials from Northampton Community College. Realizing how the world of childcare and education is constantly evolving, she is always learning something new to better herself and ultimately to provide better education services to the children in her care. Along with our faculty and staff, she is excited about both the challenges and rewards of being a critical part of your child’s future, and is looking forward to working with all the parents on establishing positive relationships. Ashley believes that trust, respect, and understanding are vital parts of these relationships; when parents and caregivers are on the same page, everyone benefits- especially the children. She is a strong proponent of an open-door policy and invites each and every parent into the classroom anytime. In Ashley’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She enjoys taking her puppy on walks and going shopping.
