Dana BarnesDana Barnes, Director
Dana is our Director. She joined the Magic Memories family in August 2016 as a Toddler Teacher but has moved into the role of Assistant Director. She has been working with children and in the mental health field since 2008. She is working on a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and hope to one day obtain a Masters as well. Dana believes that every child deserves to learn, grow and play in a safe and loving environment so it is her goal to provide that to every child and family that crosses her path. Outside of teaching, she loves to paint, face-paint for kids, travel, collect spoons from all over the world and spend time with friends and family. She welcomes you home!

Juan DelcidJuan Delcid, Assistant Director
Juan joined the Magic Memories family in June 2016. He has worked in both the Kindergarten center and Royersford’s Summer Camp program. Now he joins us as the Assistant Director. Juan was born Fairfax, Virginia but now resides in Spring City. Juan received his Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Valley Forge. He loves spending time with his beautiful wife and amazing son. Juan also has a deep passion for Soccer. He has been playing soccer since he was five years old and even coaches for the Phoenixville area soccer club. He believes that every child deserves love, care and direction in order to grow and thrive. He can’t wait to play a part in helping your child grow!

Neydary ZambranoNeydary Zambrano, President
Neydary has over 20 years of experience directing and managing programs for families, women, and children. She has been the president of Magic Memories since 2006, before that, she managed the Healthy Start Program in Chester County, which specializes in children's health and development. Neydary holds a Law degree from Venezuela, a Masters of Law Degree from Temple University and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Bryn Mawr College. Neydary is on the Board of Directors of the Phoenixville Community Education Foundation and the Phoenixville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Neydary loves to spend time with her husband, Ilde, and their two children, Alexandra and Gabriel. Her hobbies are traveling, reading books and dancing!

Jen SlavinJennifer Sturman (Slavin), M.Ed., Vice President of Operations
Jennifer has been working with children since she started her own child care business at age 11 called, "Best Babysitter!" She holds her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and her master's degree in Early Childhood Education. Jen also holds a Director's Credential, National Administrator's Credential and a Business Leadership Certificate. She started as Director at Magic Memories Phoenixville in 2006 and grew with the company to multiple locations and to her current position as Vice President of Operations. Jen believes her family to be the best gift she has been given. She has a wonderful husband, Brett, two beautiful daughters, Kira and Molly and a sweet little man, Emmett. Her passion is to continue on the mission of providing the highest quality care for the families in our communities and the best workplace for the talented teachers of Magic Memories. Jen's motto is Live, Laugh, and Love!!!
