Anne Marie, Fireflies
Miss Anne Marie was born in Phoenixville, but has also lived in Philadelphia and Royersford. She spends lots of time and shares lots of life experiences with her parents, twin sister, two additional sisters, and two brothers. Her parents are both from large families, so she also has many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Miss Anne Marie also loves spending time traveling. She has been working in the child care field since 2001 and has worked with school aged children, preschool children, and infants. Miss Anne Marie enjoys working with the infants the most! It has brought her a great deal of joy seeing the babies develop language, motor skills, and social skills. Being with the babies and watching them develop gives Miss Anne Marie satisfaction and serenity because she feels that she has been an integral part of their development.
Miss Jill has been teaching toddlers since 2001. She currently has her Infant/Toddler CDA that she received in November of 2015. This is absolutely her favorite age to teach. She loves seeing what they can learn and the smiles on their faces as they explore the world around them. Miss Jill just loves everything about them! Miss Jill and her husband have been married for 9 years and they have a 4 year old son who attends Magic Memories, also. She is a two year breast cancer survivor and shares the hope with friends, family and other survivors, that a cure may come in my lifetime. She loves spending time with her family and going on fun vacations. Her family’s 3 favorite spots to go to are Disney World, The Outer Banks, and to the Jersey Shore.
Miss Dana joined the Magic Memories family in August 2016. She has been working with children and those in need of love and support since 2008. Miss Dana believes that every child deserves to learn, grow and play in a safe and loving environment so it is her goal to provide that to every family member that crosses her path. Outside of teaching, she loves to paint, face-paint for kids, travel, collect spoons from all over the world and spend time with friends and family. She welcomes you to reach out to any one of the dedicated and loving staff at Magic Memories!
Miss Danielle is the proud Seahorse Teacher. She is so excited to be part of the Magic Memories Family, and to work with the preschoolers. Teaching is a labor of love for Miss Danielle. She has been working with children in various capacities for most of her life. From being a youth mentor for the Department of Children and Family Services, teaching Pre-K Ballet, to working as a Toddler Teacher. She is eager to be working with her favorite age group - Preschool, as that's the age group she has worked with most over the past 10 years. They are so eager and teachable, and easily find the simplest and purest joy in learning something new. Young children remind Miss Danielle to savor all of life's little blessings, and to find joy in all things. Currently, she is pursuing her Masters in School Counseling/Child Psychology, and studying for the P.E.C.T. Exam to be an official, certified Pre-K teacher in Pennsylvania. Miss Danielle received her Bachelors in 2009 and CDA in 2016, and is a certified cancer educator with several agencies including the National Coalition for Sun Safety and the Susan G. Koren Breast Cancer Foundation. Cancer prevention and education is a real passion for Miss Danielle. She is also a member of the American Dance Therapy Association. She believe dance - and all art forms - is good for the soul! Outside of work and school, she loves spending time with her dogs, her family and friends; going to the beach, enjoying nature, reading, singing, traveling, laughing, and serving others.
