Neydary ZambranoNeydary Zambrano, President
Neydary has over 20 years of experience directing and managing programs for families, women, and children. She has been the president of Magic Memories since 2006, before that, she managed the Healthy Start Program in Chester County, which specializes in children's health and development. Neydary holds a Law degree from Venezuela, a Masters of Law Degree from Temple University and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Bryn Mawr College. Neydary is on the Board of Directors of the Phoenixville Community Education Foundation and the Phoenixville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Neydary loves to spend time with her husband, Ilde, and their two children, Alexandra and Gabriel. Her hobbies are traveling, reading books and dancing!

Sarah ToporskiSarah Toporski, M.Ed., Site Director
Sarah has been working at Magic Memories since October 2012 and loving it! She started her career with children during her senior year of high school. Sarah then attended Susquehanna University and graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. Sarah is currently working on obtaining her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and her Director's Credential Certificate through West Chester University. She graduates in December! Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband Chris, their baby boy Eric, and her family and friends. In her free time, she loves to play with her dachshund (Hines), walk into Phoenixville, and read.

AlyssaAlyssa, Assistant Director
Alyssa recently joined our Magic Memories team in August 2017 and is excited to be part of an amazing place! Alyssa attended Shippensburg University where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. She is eager to continue her education and earn her Director’s Credential. In her spare time, Alyssa loves spending time with her husband, Nate, going on hikes, camping, and relaxing at home. She also enjoys hanging out with her family and spoiling her new niece and nephew.

Jen SlavinJennifer Sturman (Slavin), M.Ed., Vice President of Operations
Jennifer has been working with children since she started her own child care business at age 11 called, "Best Babysitter!" She holds her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and her master's degree in Early Childhood Education. Jen also holds a Director's Credential, National Administrator's Credential and a Business Leadership Certificate. She started as Director at Magic Memories Phoenixville in 2006 and grew with the company to multiple locations and to her current position as Vice President of Operations. Jen believes her family to be the best gift she has been given. She has a wonderful husband, Brett and two beautiful daughters, Kira and Molly. Her hope for the future is to continue on the mission of providing the highest quality care for the families in our communities and the best workplace for the talented teachers of Magic Memories. Jen's motto is Live, Laugh, and Love!!!
