What are your pick-up and drop-off guidelines?
We have a security code necessary for entrance to the building. We ask that only parents have this code and all other family members or pick-up persons will be let in by a staff member. Children must be walked to their classroom by a parent and must be picked up in the classroom as well. We ask that all children are supervised in our parking area and are not permitted to enter or leave the building unsupervised. If your child will be picked up by someone other than a parent, we require you to fill out a pick-up request log containing all of the information we need to release your child to the pick-up person. This person will also need to show ID to a staff member upon arriving at the center. If there is any question about whether or not we can release your child to this person, you will be contacted for verification.

All of our doors are locked from the outside to prevent unexpected visitors from entering the building. We have a keypad system where each family has a code that will allow them access to the building. Any other visitors will be escorted into the building.

Working with children is a difficult job and it takes a special person to do it. We seek the best people for the job, and we choose the best candidates after our interviewing process, but after an employee is chosen, we take some time to determine if this person is right for our school. Each teacher is trained and observed for the first few months of employment at which point, we decide together if this person is someone that can bring positive educational experiences and love to your children.
