Neydary Zambrano, President
Neydary has over 20 years of experience directing and managing programs for families, women, and children. She has been the president of Magic Memories since 2006, before that, she managed the Healthy Start Program in Chester County, which specializes in children's health and development. Neydary holds a Law degree from Venezuela, a Masters of Law Degree from Temple University and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Bryn Mawr College. Neydary is on the Board of Directors of the Phoenixville Community Education Foundation and the Phoenixville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Neydary loves to spend time with her husband, Ilde, and their two children, Alexandra and Gabriel. Her hobbies are traveling, reading books and dancing!
Meghan Marchesani (Brooks), Director
Meghan graduated from the University of North Florida in 2011 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She then attended Florida State University where she got her certificate in Speech Language Pathology. Meghan received her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and her Director’s Credential Certificate in December 2017. She recently got married in October, in Savannah, Georgia. Mrs. Marchesani has experience in Pre-K, Kindergarten, third grade, and was an intervention specialist for grades K-4. During her free time she loves spending time with her husband, Tom, shopping, going to the beach, being on the boat, and working out. She is also a big Florida State fan Go Noles!!
Jennifer Sturman (Slavin), M.Ed., Vice President of Operations
Jennifer has been working with children since she started her own child care business at age 11 called, "Best Babysitter!" She holds her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and her master's degree in Early Childhood Education. Jen also holds a Director's Credential, National Administrator's Credential and a Business Leadership Certificate. She started as Director at Magic Memories - Phoenixville in 2006 and grew with the company to multiple locations and to her current position as Vice President of Operations. Jen believes her family to be the best gift she has been given. She has a wonderful husband, Brett and two beautiful daughters, Kira and Molly. Her hope for the future is to continue on the mission of providing the highest quality care for the families in our communities and the best workplace for the talented teachers of Magic Memories. Jen's motto is Live, Laugh, and Love!!!
Elise Campagna, Assistant Director
Elise holds a B.S. degree in Early Grades (PreK-4) from West Chester University and she started her Master’s at West Chester University in Special Education with a minor in Literacy. She has strong ties to West Chester after attending schools in the West Chester Area School District and attending St. Agnes Church where she volunteered as a CCD teacher for five years. Elise has worked with children professionally as an ELL Instructional Assistant and substituted for almost two years in various school districts. Her favorite things are spending time with family and friends and being active in life.
Jenn Lloyd, Assistant Director
Jenn has taught in early childhood classrooms for the past 9 years. She is continuing her education as she works towards her Master’s Degree in Psychology. Jenn has three children of her own; ages 25, 21, and 16. She feels very lucky to be a part of such a wonderful partnership of Magic Memories and Phoenixville Area School District.
